AC403CC-7V6400 battery is 7.4v 6400mah version of AC403 rechargeable Li Ion Battery Pack.  The AC403CC battery is constant DC output, not PWM Pulse DC output, not adjustable. The NC/CC battery can work with our T21sicpu silicon heat controller to enable adjustable heat levels for heated clothing design.  Application products like: battery operated warmer, heated undergarments, electric heated pajamas and other heated wears products.  Our AC403CC battery works perfect for heated vest like ororo Women's Lightweight Heated Vest With Battery Pack. The ororo heated jacket has 4 carbon fiber heating elements acroes the core body areas (collar, left chest, right chest and mid-back), the pushbutton with battery would provide High, Medium and Low heat settings which allow you to change the level of warmth with the push of a button.

The AC403 battery is designed for electric heated wears application.  It's size is  24*81*95mm( 24*81*100mm for wireless version) , with an ON/OFF switch and a LED screen, a 3.5*1.35mm coax type socket connector. 
The AC403 battery LED screen can be made to reflect the battery fuel level status by displaying number 0~9, 9=full, 0=need charge.
The AC403 battery can be made to have different output mode: Constant DC type, Pulse DC type (adjustable pulse settings), or two both.  Asarke Heated Clothing Battery is using Pulse-Width Modulation(PWM) or Pulse-Duration Modulation (PDM) technology which able to control/adjust the output power rate thus achieve desirable heat level in heater. Pulsed DC (PDC) or pulsating direct current is a periodic current which changes in value but never changes direction, pulsating direct current is used on PWM controllers.
The AC403 battery has backwards DC port with aperture to hold the plug which make perfect stable connection, specially good for heated sports wears application.
